Black Flag Swimbaits Return & refund policy

(Returns)

Due to handmade and limited nature of Black flag products, returns are not accepted for baits that have been used, fished, or damaged after delivery.

If you believe your bait arrived with a manufacturing defect or damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the bait and packaging.

(Defective or damaged items)

If a bait arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and bait and contact us as soon as possible so we can work toward a resolution.

(Handmade product disclaimer)

Each Black flag swimbait is hand built, and small variations in paint, finish, or minor cosmetic details may occur. These variations are normal and do not affect the performance of the bait.

(Lost or stolen packages)

Black Flag Swimbaits is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
